All appointments are currently both physical and virtual, through secure telehealth.

Our address is 3430 Tully Road, Ste 20, Modesto, CA 95350. Please contact the practice or book through Zocdoc to arrange the appointment type that suits you.

Outpatient psychiatric services are provided for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, when clinically appropriate and within the scope of services offered by the practice.

An initial psychiatric evaluation is required to determine whether outpatient treatment, including telehealth, is appropriate for your individual needs.

The practice evaluates and treats a broad range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD and other trauma-related conditions, OCD, adjustment disorders, sleep-related concerns, psychotic disorders, personality disorders, and certain substance-use-related conditions.

A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation is necessary to determine an appropriate diagnosis and treatment plan.

Your first appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation designed to understand your current concerns, symptoms, history, and treatment goals. We may discuss your:

  • Current symptoms
  • Mental health history
  • Medical history
  • Current medications and allergies
  • Previous psychiatric treatment
  • Family and social history
  • Sleep, mood, anxiety, and attention
  • Substance use when clinically relevant
  • Treatment goals and preferences

After the evaluation, we will discuss the clinical findings and appropriate treatment options. Medication may or may not be recommended depending on your individual needs.

Yes. Medication management is an important part of our outpatient psychiatric services when clinically appropriate.

Medication recommendations are individualized and based on your diagnosis, symptoms, medical history, current medications, previous treatment response, potential risks, and treatment goals.

Controlled medications may be prescribed when clinically appropriate, legally permitted, and within the provider's scope of practice.

Because controlled medications require additional safety considerations, prescribing decisions are made carefully and are based on a comprehensive clinical evaluation. A specific medication is never guaranteed simply because it has been requested.

Yes. ADHD evaluation and treatment may be provided when clinically appropriate.

Because symptoms such as difficulty concentrating, forgetfulness, impulsivity, and problems with organization can have multiple causes, a thorough evaluation is important before establishing a diagnosis and treatment plan.

Yes. Outpatient psychiatric services may be provided to children and adolescents when clinically appropriate.

Treatment for minors involves additional considerations related to developmental stage, parental or guardian involvement, consent, confidentiality, safety, and applicable laws.

The practice provides outpatient psychiatric evaluation and treatment for certain substance-use-related conditions, including:

  • Alcohol Use Disorder
  • Opioid Use Disorder
  • Stimulant Use Disorder
  • Cannabis Use Disorder
  • Co-occurring mental health and substance-use conditions

Medication-based treatment may be considered when clinically appropriate and within the provider's scope of practice.

Our primary services are psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Traditional psychotherapy is not currently provided as a primary service.

When therapy or additional behavioral-health support would benefit your treatment, we may recommend referral or coordination with a qualified therapist, psychologist, or other mental-health professional.

Telehealth can be an excellent option for many patients receiving outpatient psychiatric care. However, it may not be appropriate for every person or every clinical situation.

During your evaluation, we will determine whether outpatient telehealth is an appropriate and safe setting for your care. If your clinical needs require a higher level of care or in-person services, we may recommend an appropriate referral.

We take your privacy and confidentiality seriously. Appointments are conducted through secure telehealth technology designed to support confidential healthcare communication.

Patients should participate from a private and secure location whenever possible.

Veridale Health is an outpatient psychiatric practice and does not provide emergency or crisis services.

If you are experiencing a psychiatric or medical emergency, severe symptoms, or believe you may be in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Do not wait for an appointment if you are experiencing an emergency.

Your safety is our priority. If your symptoms indicate that outpatient telehealth is not the safest or most appropriate level of care, we may recommend a higher level of treatment, such as intensive outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, inpatient psychiatric care, emergency evaluation, or another appropriate service.

When clinically appropriate, we may assist with referrals and coordination of care.

Yes, if you desire it. We respect each patient's personal, cultural, spiritual, and religious values. For patients who request it, faith-informed or meaning-centered conversations may be incorporated into care alongside evidence-based psychiatric treatment.

Faith-based discussions are always optional and guided by your preferences.

Follow-up frequency depends on your individual treatment needs, symptoms, medication changes, response to treatment, and clinical stability.

Patients starting a new medication or changing treatment may need closer follow-up initially. As treatment becomes stable, appointments may become less frequent. Your schedule will be individualized according to your clinical needs.

For the best experience, please plan to:

  • Join from a private, quiet location.
  • Use a reliable internet connection.
  • Have your current medication list available.
  • Have your pharmacy information available.
  • Keep your phone nearby in case we need to reach you.
  • Be prepared to discuss your symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals.

If you are a minor, additional requirements regarding a parent or legal guardian may apply.

Appointments are booked online through Zocdoc, where you can choose an available time. You can also contact the practice directly by phone at (209) – 962 – 2081 or by email at enquiries@veridalehealth.com.
